A white rabbit blinked,
The moon shivered,
Stars paused in place,
He twitched his nose,
A forest bloomed,
Dead trees danced,
He hopped once,
Time rewound,
He sniffed the air,
A lost girl wept,
He found her shoe,
It glowed gold,
She followed the light,
They met beneath willows,
She whispered “Home?”,
He nodded slowly,
They vanished in mist,
The world forgot,
But dreams remember.
